Wednesday, September 24:
Arrive to Nashville Airport.
Shuttle service available from Nashville to your booked accommodations (Included with All-inclusive Ticket Purchase).
Event kickoff at Lounge in the Evening.
Thursday, September 25:
Group Breakfast (Included with Ticket Purchase).
Break off into groups and explore the Upper Cumberland: Visit towns, cities, and state parks.
Meet up in the evening to share what was experienced over drinks around campfire. (Drinks Included with Ticket Purchase).
Friday, September 26:
Group Breakfast (Included with Ticket Purchase).
Break off into groups and hike, swim, boat, go shooting, etc.
Meet up at a charming courtyard bar and restaurant for dinner.
Saturday, September 27:
Group Breakfast (Included with Ticket Purchase).
Visit properties for sale of interest during the day.
Community BBQ with Nashville-based Armenians (Included with Ticket Purchase).
Armenian-night Party at nearby venue, cash bar.
Sunday, September 28:
Group Breakfast (Included with Ticket Purchase).
Travel home.
What To Expect
This is a flexible event. We want to provide the most value and freedom to attendees. If you want to have a more solo-experience, we can help provide guidance and connect with you throughout the trip. Alternatively, we are also offering a more hands-on and immersive experience. You pick your own adventure.
Meals will be paid for out of pocket except for Breakfast and Saturday’s BBQ Dinner.
Housing accommodations are to be made independently.
For those that want to save money or have a more curated experience, we offer a shuttle service during your stay.

Option 2: Semi-inclusive, 4-day event. Breakfast and Saturday BBQ is included. No shuttle service, need to book your own housing accommodations (we can make recommendations).
Option 3: Saturday evening only. Enjoy the BBQ and party.
Option 4: Saturday evening and Sunday breakfast. Stay Saturday at a nearby accomodation, spend Sunday morning with us.
