Armenian-American Forum 2025 Itinerary

Here you will find all the details to prepare for your weekend in Nashville. Nashville is a popular and busy destination, you are encouraged make reservations in advance.

Out-of-town attendees are encouraged to stay at nearby hotels or airbnbs within walking distance of the Nashville Public Library (615 Church St, Nashville, TN 37219).

Our event has two main venues, Gruhn Guitars and the Nashville Public Library. You are encouraged to make reservations for dinner and lunch at nearby restaurants. There are many to choose from, here are some recommendations.

From the airport there are a number of buses and hotel shuttles that can get you into the downtown area to check-in to your hotel.

Attendees will be encouraged to share Uber rides to and from Gruhn Guitars to their hotels. It is only a 12 minute drive from the downtown Nashville Public Library area to Gruhn Guitars.

9:15 AM – 10:00 AM: Open remarks and keynote speech

10:00 AM – Noon: Intro speeches and networking

Noon – 2:00 PM: Lunch break (attendees source their own lunch)

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Intro speeches and networking

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Dinner break (attendees source their own dinner)
